Overview

A heavy cruiser with a similar design to the early version of Soviet Project 82, initially equipped with nine 220 mm guns as her main armament. The ships main battery guns are complemented by dual-purpose and anti-aircraft guns that were developed by the mid-1950s, around the time the ship could have been transferred to the Peoples Republic of China Navy had history taken a different course.
